Summer Cocktail Series

LAKE BREEZE
LONG ROAD DISTILLERY STRAIGHT BOURBON

2 oz. Long Road Bourbon
1/2 oz. Orange Liqueur
2 oz. Ginger Beer

Shake Bourbon and orange liqueur with ice until chilled. Strain over ice in a large rocks glass. Top with ginger beer and garnish with an expressed orange twist.

 

FERNET ME NOT
AMERICAN FIFTH FERNET

1 oz. American Fifth Fernet
1 oz. Apple Brandy
3/4 oz. Raspberry Mint Syrup
1/4 c. Sugar, 1/4 c. water, fresh mint leaves and raspberries
Bring all ingredients to a boil then cool and strain
3 raspberries
1 orange slice

Muddle raspberries and orange slice with fruit syrup in shaker. Add all other ingredients. Roll. Double strain into chilled brandy snifter. Garnish with orange twist/raspberry skewer.

 

WOODLAND WHITE NEGRONI
IRON FISH GIN

1 1/2 oz. Iron Fish Gin
3/4 oz. Suze
1 oz. Dolin Blanc Vermouth

Stir ingredients on ice until chilled. Strain over a large cube in a large rocks glass. Garnish with an expressed orange twist.

 

MAIDEN VOYAGE
DETROIT CITY VODKA

2 oz. Detroit City Vodka
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz. Strawberry Rhubarb Syrup
1/4 c. Sugar, 1/4 c. water, Fresh Strawberries and Rhubarb
Bring all ingredients to a boil then cool and strain
2 oz. Iced Tea
Splash Coconut Milk

Muddle fresh strawberries with fruit syrup in shaker. Add all other ingredients. Roll. Double strain into a chilled collins glass filled with ice. Add a splash of coconut milk and garnish with a basil leaf.

 

JOHN DALY PUNCH BOWL
JOURNEYMAN LAST FEATHER WHISKEY

1 part Journeyman Rye Whiskey
1/2 part Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 part Simple Syrup
1 parts Iced Tea

Combine ingredients in a punch bowl, fill with ice and top with iced tea. Garnish with lemon wheels.
