Say hello to Brew Dr. kombucha! Brew Dr. kombucha is a fan favorite at the market because of its top-quality ingredients and commitments for people, the community, and the planet.

In 2006, Matt Thomas started Townshend's Tea Company with the idea of serving great teas in a casual teahouse setting. He began making kombucha in the basement of his first teahouse using the same great teas that they served to their guests. The drink was so popular amongst their customers that they decided to bottle it, giving it the name Brew Dr. Kombucha.

Each batch is carefully created, starting with high-quality, loose leaf organic teas, blended in organic herbs, fruits, juices, or other botanicals. The process is followed for each batch to offer its drinkers a raw, authentic kombucha at its tastiest.

With the hotter months rolling around, a new limited-run seasonal flavor (Pineapple Guava) has hit our shelves. We wanted to share two drink recipes with you to help you bring out your inner mixologist and cool down with a bottle of Brew Dr. kombucha. PINEAPPLE GUAVA KOMBUCHA SMOOTHIE

If you like piña coladas…🎶 You’re definitely going to want to try this recipe for a delightful tropical taste.

instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together

  2. Sprinkle with cinnamon

ingredients

  • 1/2 bottle Pineapple Guava kombucha⁠

  • 1 frozen banana⁠⁠

  • 1/2 cup coconut water⁠⁠

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango (or pineapple)⁠⁠

  • Cinnamon for garnish

  • Optional: A splash of rum⁠⁠

PINEAPPLE GUAVA KOMBUCHA MOCKTAIL

When you need something refreshing to sip in a hurry, but you want it to be a *little* fancy feeling, try this quick and easy beverage!

ingredients

  • 1 bottle Pineapple Guava kombucha⁠⠀

  • 1.5 oz of zero-proof tequila⁠ alternative⠀

  • 1/2 oz of fresh-squeezed lime juice⁠⠀

  • Honey or agave to taste⁠⠀

  • Chile lime seasoning for the rime⁠⠀
    Ice⁠

instructions

  1. Rim your glass with a lime wedge and coat with chile-lime seasoning.

  2. In a shaker, combine lime juice, Ritual tequila alternative, your sweetener of choice, and ice.

  3. Shake well, pour into your prepared glass and top with kombucha. Enjoy!
