In honor of World Whiskey Day this year, Woodward Corner Market's alcohol lead Chelsea Van Assche has graced us with a whiskey highball cocktail with a twist. Chelsea decided to feature a Japenese Whiskey called Suntory Whisky (which you can find on our shelves) because Japanese whisky is traditionally used in highball cocktail recipes.

The Beet Hummus featured in this recipe was inspired by a salad from her favorite restaurant in Shanghai. Roasted beets with goat cheese, pistachios, honey... it was divine! One bite and she knew it would be a great hummus flavor. Creating new flavors is always so fun!
